Whether you are simply curious about yoga or are a practitioner looking to refine your practice, we have something for almost everyone. Classes explore the benefits of Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga through breath work, physical postures and meditation. Each class incorporates these elements differently giving you choice and variety in your yoga experience.
It is my goal to facilitate accessibility of yoga. I hope to offer a safe & welcoming experience, enabling you to find balance in your day.
