Enjoy a variety of both podcast style classes, live and recorded Zoom Classes to accommodate your schedule.
You will benefit from a variety of props for these classes; a yoga mat or comfortable space to practice, a strap or tie or belt, a bolster or rolled up firm blanket, and yoga blocks or thick and sturdy books.
Always practice with the philosophy of Ahimsa, no harm. No Pain, No Pain! Never, ever, should your practice cause pain or discomfort. If you are experiencing pain, pulling, tweaking or discomfort withdraw from the posture immediately. Do not hesitate to contact me with questions or to seek modifications. This practice is yours and needs to honor you where you are TODAY. Each day will be different depending on the story your body needs to tell.
We live in a rush rush society. It is my hope that you will find sukha (sweet stillness) within these practices. I hope that you can retreat from the world for just a few moments to the present moment, to connect with your breath and body...to find the balance within.
